AT&T wants to mount a cell antenna on top of Primary Children's Hospital in Lehi, one of five requests the Planning Commission will hear at a public hearing Thursday, Sept. 10, at 7 p.m. in the Lehi Civic Center Council Chambers, 131 North 100 East, according to a notice posted by Lehi City.
The company is seeking conditional use approval for the antenna at the hospital, 2250 North Miller Campus Drive. The project is listed on the agenda as the "AT&T River Walk Preliminary Children's Antenna." The item had been on the Aug. 27 hearing agenda but was pulled before that meeting, according to the city's Aug. 27 hearing notice. No reason was given.
Also on the agenda:
- Garden Park Subdivision fence. Adam Albrecht is requesting an exception to replace a 6-foot no-climb fence along the railroad corridor with an 8-foot wall near 500 S Center Street.
- Alpine Bible Church glass exception. The church at 710 West Main Street is asking for an exception to the city's glass requirement for its building.
- Chapter 29 Development Code amendment. Lehi City itself is bringing forward a proposed change to Chapter 29 of the Development Code to clarify the development agreement process.
- Outlets at Traverse Mountain storage building. Uncommon Architecture is requesting exceptions to architectural requirements for a storage building at 3800 Cabela's Boulevard. The exceptions cover maximum EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) percentages, architectural features and glass requirements.
