Lehi council rejects State Street rezoning; Walker family to return with developer agreement
The Lehi City Council rejected a rezoning request for a 2.58-acre property at 915 West State Street from residential to heavy commercial on July 14, but left the door open for the Walker family to return with a developer agreement that would restrict future uses on the parcel.
