The third set was the closest of the night. White's kills helped Skyridge build an 11-8 lead, but Corner Canyon drew even at 11 and edged ahead. A tipover kill from Meck knotted it at 20-20. Kuresa dug a ball that led to a Meck kill, and another White swing pushed the Falcons up 22-20. The Chargers called timeout and answered with three straight points. Skyridge called its own timeout and tied it at 23.
The teams traded points from there. A Warner ace put Skyridge ahead 26-25, and the Falcons led again at 27-26. After a 28-28 tie, Corner Canyon scored the final two points to win the set 30-28 and the match.
