Lehi residents looking for a free way to celebrate Pioneer Day can head to Family Park on Saturday, July 25, for the city's annual Splash Party, running from 6 to 10:30 p.m.

The event at the 85-acre park, 1999 N. 600 E., features live music, food trucks, the park's splash pad and a fireworks show to close the night. Admission is free.

Lehi City announced a fireworks ban through Sunday, July 26, citing elevated fire conditions, and is directing residents to the Splash Party show as a safe alternative. The city's fire department notice urged residents to celebrate safely by enjoying community fireworks displays instead of lighting their own.

Local opening acts take the stage at 6 p.m., followed by headliner Late Night Thoughts, the Brooklyn-based folk-pop duo of Michael Harlow and Brian Rauch. Their second EP, "Worth It," has drawn millions of streams across platforms. Food trucks will serve from 6 to 9:30 p.m., and the city's events calendar lists family-friendly activities and contests running throughout the evening.

Fireworks begin immediately after the concert wraps, according to the Lehi City events calendar.

Family Park opened in September 2024 as a nearly $20 million all-abilities facility. Its splash pad runs daily through Labor Day, and the park includes an aviation-themed playground, sensory garden, amphitheater and a single fenced entrance for safety.

What to bring: Lawn chairs or blankets for the concert and fireworks. The city recommends arriving early to claim a good spot on the lawn.
