Thanksgiving Point's Luminaria holiday light show returns Nov. 12 with 10 million lights across 50 acres of Ashton Gardens in Lehi. Presale tickets have been available since Oct. 1 and run through Oct. 31.
The Lehi nonprofit announced on its blog that this year's event includes five new experiences alongside returning favorites. Luminaria runs Monday through Saturday from Nov. 12 through Jan. 9, 2027. General ticket sales begin Nov. 1.
A new show called Ignite the Night will take over the Waterfall Amphitheatre, combining animation, music, lighting, special effects and flames on a 120-foot digital stage. Thanksgiving Point described it as an original story centered on redemption and belonging.
Four other new stops join the lineup:
- Christmas on the Lake: illuminated Christmas trees rise above the water with reflections across the lake.
- Snow Glow Dance Party: a glowing dance floor inside the Greenhouse set to holiday music.
- Carol-oke: an interactive sing-along where guests can take the mic or join from the crowd.
- Gingerbread Lane: a walkthrough display of glowing gingerbread houses and candy creations.
Returning traditions include the Merry Mosaic, which features 6,500 glowing luminaries and a 120-foot Christmas tree synchronized to holiday music. The gardens will also have firepits, heated private igloos and a Warming & Gathering Tent available for reservation.
Food is part of the draw. Options include hot cocoa, mini donuts and other seasonal treats. Guests can purchase a Food Punch Card online and pick it up at the Visitor Center entrance.
Ticket revenue funds Thanksgiving Point's Every Kid Counts initiative, which provides hands-on learning programs for children across Utah.
